Silicone rubber is mixed with a certain proportion of platinum vulcanizing agent and color masterbatch through a rubber mixing mill. The mixture is then calendered onto substrates such as PET and fabric using a calender, and finally wound up using a rewinding machine. Silicone thickness can range from 0.1mm to 1.5mm, and the hardness is typically 40A-50A, ranging from 10A to 60A. Silicone colors can be customized according to customer samples.

TPE Elastomer Roll Production Technology: TPE raw materials are heated and melted in a screw press, then extruded through a die onto a pre-printed PET film. The film is then pressed into sheets by smooth rollers to a specified thickness and finally wound up by a winding machine. TPE sheet thickness ranges from 0.2mm to 1.0mm, and material width ranges from 20cm to 65cm. Standard TPE colors are white and light gray. Other colors require a minimum order quantity.

Adhesives, hardening coatings, and inks can be applied to the surfaces of various functional materials.

Coating methods include comma coating, gravure coating, die coating, and molding coating.

Applications include screen printing, offset printing and label printing, spray coating, and inkjet printing.
